Listen deeply and honestly.

Listen to your life and to your body. Pay attention to areas in your life that feel out of alignment. If you are conflicted about anything in your life it is time to pay attention. Where do you feel deprived, drained, angry, fed up?

Let go

Lovingly let go of anything that doesn’t serve you anymore. Change areas of conflict into peace. Make space for the new. What do you need to change? What doesn’t support you anymore? Take steps to create the life that nourishes you now.

Tap into the power of love and gratitude

Embrace your body with love.
Bring love to every a part of your body and life. You can use the mantra ‘Thank you, I love you… Thank you, I love you.’
You can also say ‘ Thank you that I am healed NOW. It is very powerful and effective. Feel those words shifting your energy and reality. Enjoy it.

Ask for help.

Ask others to help you. Ask the invisible helpers for support and healing. You can form a group of 8 to support each other in healing. Read the book by Lynne McTaggart
